The Novotel Reading Centre offered a beautifully decorated, spacious room with modern amenities, making it very accessible for seniors. I particularly appreciated the attentive staff who swiftly assisted with my luggage, ensuring a comfortable stay.

More seating in the lobby area would be beneficial.

During my short stay, I really appreciated how close I was to attractions like the Statue of Queen Victoria and the beautiful Greyfriars Church, making my weekend city strolls so enjoyable. plus, the friendly staff made sure I felt right at home throughout my stay.

The room was really modern and spacious, perfect for three of us. We had a comfy sofa bed and the bathroom was well-equipped, which was a plus. Plus, the coffee machine in the room was a nice touch! The pool and saunas were super quiet, giving us a private vibe.

However, the fire alarm testing could have been communicated better to avoid any unnecessary panic.
